Salvadoran based publisher, Sociedad Biblica de El Salvador recently interviewed G.O.D. Cooperative Lorena Mejia regarding their children’s curriculum and G.O.D. ministry, Club de Niños.
Representatives visited with Lorena, student interns who help teach, and the Club participants. Sociedad Biblica’s mission is to connect every person to the Bible so they can experience its life-transforming message.

Sociedad Bíblica generously supports the G.O.D.’s Club de Niños program through the donation of children’s Bible curriculum. The program utilizes Sociedad Biblica’s “No Temas”, a comic series for ages 6-12. “Do Not Fear”, teaches biblical principles about fighting fears and trusting God. The theme verse is Isaiah 41:10, “Fear not, for I am with you; do not lose heart, because I am your God who will strengthen you; I will always help you, I will always support you with the right hand of my justice.”
This partnership blesses our team that facilitates children’s programming on multiple days every week.
Curriculum that is rooted in the Bible is essential to guiding children from a young age. Lorena Mejia says she’s thankful for Sociedad Biblica’s material for children’s programming, and she’s confident that their relationship will strengthen. Club de Niños has been in operation since 2011, and has a regular attendance of 20-25 children, from ages 4 through 12.
